Shipping policy

Deliveries within Germany usually take 7–14 days, depending on current demand. If you need your order sooner, feel free to leave a note at checkout or send us an email - we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. 

Tracking:

If you would like to follow your order throughout its delivery, please choose the “with tracking” shipping option. With the standard shipping option, you can only see when your order has arrived at your local shipping center by checking the tracking link. Please note that if you select standard shipping, we are unable to provide information about the current status of your order.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
